Facilities Engineer （厂务工程师）
Duties & Responsibilities
· Manage the facilities and construction projects to meet the JLG and local standards.
管理厂务和基建工程确保项目满足公司和地方标准和法规。
· Working with relative government to get project permits.
与各相关政府部门联系，确保项目获得审批。
· Develop maintenance programs for buildings and grounds such as evaluating re-roofing alternatives, general building maintenance, and recommends corrective action.
为厂房建筑和地面制定维护计划和改善措施。
· Assist and direct the activities of assigned construction related projects, departmental moves, and capital equipment relocations/additions.
协助和指导与项目相关的基建活动，部门搬迁，设备的移位等等。
· Provide technical support for all plant operations, such as drawings and information for maintenance projects and assisting all departments in uniform and functional equipment and facilities selection.
为工厂运营提供支持，例如维护项目的图纸和信息，工装及一些设备的选型等等。
· Provide cost estimates and project coordination of assigned plant and maintenance improvements at all facilities.
提供成本的预估，工厂和维修改善的项目协调。
· Maintain punch list from function teams and drive its being closed until it meets operations’ requirement.

· Manage and maintain the fire control facilities, cooperating with EHS to complete the relevant audits for Fire control. Provide support and direction to Safety and Environment.
管理公司内的消防设施及维护，配合EHS部门共同完成消防相关的各项审核。为公司的安全和环境提供支持。
· Manage the special equipment (Crane, Fork-lifts, Pressure Vessel etc.), being familiar with special equipment management processes.
管理公司内的特种设备（天车、叉车、压力容器等），熟悉特种设备管理流程。
· Maintain the cleaning and greening of the Plant.
管理公司的保洁团队及厂区内的绿化维护工作。
· Work with outside contractors and suppliers, purchasing materials and services required for completion of assigned responsibilities.
协调外部供应商，相关物料及服务的采购。
· Provide CAD and manual drafting support for all maintenance, office and production projects, including long term planning.
提供关于项目的CAD 的图纸和操作手册。
· Other tasks assigned by Manufacturing Ops Manager.

Basic Qualification
· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing or Civil Engineering or Facilities/Operations Management.
机械，制造，土木工程或厂务运营专业，本科以上学历。
· Rich working experiences on fire system, construction and buildings.
在消防系统，土建工程方面具备丰富的经验。
· Strong communication especially with governments.
较强的与政府及各相关部门的沟通能力。
· WOFE Facility maintenance background would be preferred.
外资企业厂务维修背景优先考虑。
· Excellent English communication ability in both of oral and written.
英文听说读写流利。
